Order issued to Best Theratronics Ltd.

The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission has issued an order to Best Theratronics Ltd. related to its security and emergency preparedness programs.

Best Theratronics must put in place additional measures and take additional actions related to security and emergency preparedness.

Order amended by CNSC designated officer

Pursuant to paragraph 37(2)(g) of the Nuclear Safety and Control Act, the CNSC designated officer, having considered the information in the order issued to Best Theratronics Ltd. as well as additional information submitted by CNSC staff and the licensee, has amended this order to reflect the progress made by the licensee to address the items raised in the original order. The amended order will remain in place until the licensee complies with the remaining action.
