Order issued to Canadian Nuclear Laboratories (CNL) – Physical Security Program

November 12, 2021

A designated officer made a decision to amend the regulatory action. Please note that the publication of this action and information or submissions provided to the CNSC is prohibited as per subsection 12(2) and 12(3) of the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission Rules of Procedure.

The CNSC provided an opportunity for CNL to be heard about the regulatory action.

October 7, 2021

The CNSC issued the order to CNL.
