Summary
REGDOC-1.6.1, Licence Application Guide: Nuclear Substances and Radiation Devices, version 2, provides guidance on the completion and submission of the nuclear substances and radiation devices application form in accordance with the Nuclear Safety and Control Act and the regulations made under it.
Version 2 supersedes version 1 of the document, which was published in October 2015. Since the publication of version 1, there have been a number of areas that both the CNSC and applicants have identified as needing clarification. The changes in version 2 do not result in new or increased obligations for licensees or applicants.
