Supply chains

Under the Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act, the CNSC reports annually on the steps taken to prevent, and reduce the risk of, the use of forced labour or child labour at any step of the production of goods produced, purchased or distributed.

The Act imposes reporting obligations on all government institutions. The CNSC is responsible for reporting on the contracting activities undertaken under its procurement authority.
