Forms
The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) regulates all aspects of nuclear energy and materials, ensuring that strict licensing and certification rules are followed for the possession, use, packaging, transport, storage, and import and export of nuclear substances in order to protect the health, safety and security of Canadians and the environment.
The CNSC offers application forms for all aspects of nuclear material licensing, personnel and equipment certification, and activity compliance reporting. Associated application guides are also offered to provide detailed instructions on how to complete the application form. Application forms are divided by type of nuclear facility and material:
- Class 1A nuclear power plant forms
- Class II facilities and prescribed equipment forms
- Nuclear substances and radiation devices forms
- Safeguards and nuclear materials accountancy forms
